Granvogl GmbH - modern, high-quality, reliable

Der Firmensitz in Langenmosen (noch ohne Erweiterungsbau)

In 1980, Roland Granvogl founded his company specializing in printing high-quality items made of glass and porcelain. The main focus has always been on prints for advertising and marketing purposes. Today, Granvogl GmbH also offers printed cups, mugs, glasses, and bottles for the gastronomy sector and private events. This diverse range of products is possible because the company has consistently invested in new technology over the years.

The company, now jointly led by Roland Granvogl and his son Daniel, is based in Langenmosen in Upper Bavaria. We source our unprinted items for further processing such as printing and engraving entirely within Europe, mainly in Germany. This ensures short distances, the best quality at budget-friendly prices, and fast delivery times for Granvogl's finished products.

Our product range is characterized by lasting quality and materials sourced from natural resources. It is only logical that we pursue sustainable practices in our manufacturing.

Granvogl GmbH now produces printed and engraved products for the German, European, and international markets. Our customers appreciate the consistently high printing standards and quick availability of our products. State-of-the-art technology, modern printing processes, strict standards in selecting raw materials, and various internal inspections serve one purpose: to offer our customers, that is, you, the highest quality from experienced hands.

Granvogl: Quality is a family affair for us - and we align all our business actions accordingly. Day after day.

Our quality promise

Since 1980, we - the Granvogl family - have specialized in the manufacture of high-quality porcelain and glass products. For us, good quality consists of two main areas: Firstly, of course, the end product and secondly, communication with you, our customers, before, during and after order processing.

As an owner-managed family business, our focus is therefore on sustainable products with a very high quality standard. In addition, it is very important to us to maintain direct and uncomplicated contact with our customers - this means no support hotlines and waiting loops;  you will always be put directly in touch with the person responsible and receive competent, friendly and human advice.

Our raw materials

We source our raw materials exclusively from Germany and Europe; we guarantee that you will not receive any goods from China or the Far East. Furthermore, our quality promise means that we only provide our customers with A-grade goods.

Our processes

The entire finishing of the raw material takes place in-house, from the production of the printed images, decoration, burning-in and quality control.

Here we have the great advantage over other competitors that we have our own screen printing shop, which also allows us to fully implement our quality standards in the production of printed images. For example, we only use high-quality ceramic inks for printing and we also have in-house specialists who can respond quickly and competently to questions about the feasibility of certain motifs or which printing process is most suitable.

Our advice

With us, you will receive competent and personal advice as soon as you send your request. A member of staff will take care of your request right from the start and monitor the correct execution of the order until your ordered items are delivered and will always be personally available to answer your questions.

Quality control “Made by Granvogl”

Step 1: As soon as the product blanks are received, the items are subjected to an initial quality check and pre-sorted by our hard-working employees.

Step 2: In the first production step, the application of the artwork, no product flaw escapes the sharp eyes and practiced hands of our employees.

Step 3: Before firing, each individual product is carefully placed in the kiln and passes once again through the scrutinizing hands of an employee.

Step 4: After firing and the cooling process, each individually fired object is again subjected to precise quality assurance when the product is removed from the kiln.

Step 5: Only now is the finished product finally placed in the selected packaging and prepared for dispatch

Sustainability

"Of all coffee drinking containers, the ceramic cup is the most environmentally friendly, even if production and distribution are more expensive than with plastic or paper cups. A ceramic cup can be used a few thousand times if it doesn't fall over the first time it is used". This was the conclusion of an article published by Bayerischer Rundfunk in 2013.

In addition to this positive eco-balance, there is the fact that 164 solar cells with an output of 43 kilowatt hours adorn the roof of our company building. We use this energy to power our kilns. This means that your items are fired using solar energy in a CO2-friendly way. Furthermore, all of our waste is separated, filtered and disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner by specialist companies.

Furthermore, where possible, we do not use plastic packaging materials and participate in the DerGrünePunkt packaging cycle. This means that you not only receive high-quality products from us, but also sustainably produced items.
