to the most common questions
General
What is the minimum order quantity?
We usually produce from as low as 25 pieces.
How long is the delivery time?
Approximately 15-20 working days. Shorter delivery times may also be possible by arrangement.
Where are the prices?
No two refinements are the same. That's why we calculate individually. You will find the prices on the quotation sent to you after your inquiry. Granvogl products are manufactured according to your wishes. Many questions and factors influence the calculation. You can find more detailed information on the Prices page.
We always require vectorized graphic files for engraving. For printing, it depends on the process: Full-tone printing also requires vector data, while pixel graphics can be processed for 4-color typesetting. But don't worry, our team will take care of selecting the right file and our in-house graphic designers can also create and prepare the data accordingly.
Order
01: Select product
Select a product of your choice from your desired product category.
02: Non-binding inquiries
In each product you will find the button “Add to inquiry basket”. Clicking on this will take you to the inquiry form:
- Fill in the fields required for the inquiry.
- If available, you can add a layout design as an attachment.
- When all fields have been completed to your satisfaction, click the “Send non-binding inquiry” button
03: Processing your request
Our team will process your request. As a rule, you will receive a suitable offer on the same working day.
04: You check our offer
According to the offer you have received, select the items that appeal to you. Now you can reply to the offer with your desired items by e-mail, for example, or you can place your order with us by telephone.
05: Order confirmation and print preview
After confirming the offer, you will receive an order confirmation and the login data for our customer portal. The documents for print approval are also stored here for you.
06: Waiting for print approval
We wait for your print approval or your change requests. We only start production after print approval.
07: Production
We produce your items. You can track the current status of your order at any time in the customer portal.
08: Your items are being shipped
As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive another message from us with the exact delivery information and an e-mail from the shipping company with the consignment number and contact details.
Printing
Are desired colors possible?
You can define your desired colors in the HKS or Pantone color fan. However, we can only guarantee color commitments in conjunction with a proof sample. You can find more detailed information here.
Engraving
Is the engraving suitable for the dishwasher?
Yes, the engraving is suitable for the dishwasher.
Can the engraving be colored?
Our sandblast engraving can be colored. Here, too, we work with the Pantone color fan. You can find examples of what this can look like here.
Shipping
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Whether Europe, the USA or the Seychelles. You can now find printed articles from Granvogl everywhere. We will find a suitable solution for every delivery address.
How high are the shipping costs?
We always calculate the shipping costs individually depending on the quantity (weight of the delivery, pallet type and number, etc.) and zip code. Simply provide us with your delivery address with your inquiry and we will be happy to add it to the offer.
How are the items shipped?
We ship almost exclusively on pallets by freight forwarder. This is because experience has shown that the delicate deliveries made of porcelain & glass arrive best. Depending on the weight, we also use parcel services for small orders.
