01: Select product
Select a product of your choice from your desired product category.
02: Non-binding inquiries
In each product you will find the button “Add to inquiry basket”. Clicking on this will take you to the inquiry form:
- Fill in the fields required for the inquiry.
- If available, you can add a layout design as an attachment.
- When all fields have been completed to your satisfaction, click the “Send non-binding inquiry” button
03: Processing your request
Our team will process your request. As a rule, you will receive a suitable offer on the same working day.
04: You check our offer
According to the offer you have received, select the items that appeal to you. Now you can reply to the offer with your desired items by e-mail, for example, or you can place your order with us by telephone.
05: Order confirmation and print preview
After confirming the offer, you will receive an order confirmation and the login data for our customer portal. The documents for print approval are also stored here for you.
06: Waiting for print approval
We wait for your print approval or your change requests. We only start production after print approval.
07: Production
We produce your items. You can track the current status of your order at any time in the customer portal.
08: Your items are being shipped
As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive another message from us with the exact delivery information and an e-mail from the shipping company with the consignment number and contact details.
