Our quality promise when it comes to printing on stainless steel
SUS304 stainless steel is used for our mugs with customized printing. You are familiar with this stainless steel quality from your kitchen, for example. The mug is double-walled with an insulating air layer, and the handle is welded to the mug in a thermally separated manner. The consistently cylindrical shape emphasizes the somewhat technical appearance of stainless steel and ensures that our stainless steel mug for printing integrates neutrally into any environment.
Environment
Durable and highly recyclable: stainless steel combines outstanding material properties with excellent sustainability. Scrap steel is largely recycled during production and the finished stainless steel products are completely recyclable. But it can take a long time: printable stainless steel cups from GRANVOGL are extremely durable and resistant.
The Granvogl product range is characterized by durable quality and materials made from natural raw materials. It is therefore only logical that we also take a sustainable approach to production.
Glass, porcelain, stoneware, enamel, cork: Granvogl's products are made from materials that have been used for centuries in some cases and impress both with their natural origin and their durability. Even the hand-applied print, for example on cups or mugs, contributes to our credo of lasting quality: Our processes ensure that the motifs are immortalized on the items in a particularly durable way.
The majority of the roof at our company headquarters is equipped with PV systems. These are primarily used to cover our own requirements: In the summer months, we are able to operate our kilns with 100% self-generated solar power.
Areas of application
Stainless steel mugs or stainless steel cups for printing by GRANVOGL are printed with organic inks using a low-temperature process. This creates an interesting contrast between the true-color, brilliant print and the rather matt surface of stainless steel - an effect that can be further intensified with white underprinting. The mugs can be printed all around the outside and on the underside.
Promotional mugs with individual printing are classics in image-oriented corporate communication. The stainless steel version with its simple, technical aesthetics enables an even wider range of applications - also because it is literally tough. These printed mugs are not only suitable for the office or tea kitchen, but also for the laboratory, workshop, production, street food truck or outdoor activities. And wherever design and interesting materials are important.
