Our quality promise when it comes to printing on stainless steel
Our bottles / thermos flasks with individual pressure are made of SUS304 stainless steel. Stainless steel of this quality is used, for example, for kitchen utensils or medical instruments. The bottle is double-walled and insulates the hot or cold drink through the layer of air in between. Like our stainless steel mugs for printing, the stainless steel bottles are cylindrical in shape and look great in a wide variety of environments.
The stainless steel bottles for printing are available in the following capacities: 500 ml (o.5 l), 750 ml (0.75 l), 1,000 ml (1 l)
Environment
Durable and highly recyclable: stainless steel combines outstanding material properties with excellent sustainability. Scrap steel is largely recycled during production and the finished stainless steel products are completely recyclable. But it can take a long time: printable stainless steel cups from GRANVOGL are extremely durable and resistant.
The Granvogl product range is characterized by durable quality and materials made from natural raw materials. It is therefore only logical that we also take a sustainable approach to production.
Glass, porcelain, stoneware, enamel, cork: Granvogl's products are made from materials that have been used for centuries in some cases and impress both with their natural origin and their durability. Even the hand-applied printing, for example on cups or mugs, contributes to our credo of lasting quality: Our processes ensure that the motifs are immortalized on the items in a particularly durable way.
The majority of the roof at our company headquarters is equipped with PV systems. These are primarily used to cover our own requirements: In the summer months, we are able to operate our kilns with 100% self-generated solar power.
Areas of application
Being active, leading a sporty lifestyle and spending a lot of time outdoors - these are all positive areas of life where you can score points with your brand message on our stainless steel bottle. The robust stainless steel bottle material is also suitable for rough use. Thanks to its design, the printable stainless steel bottle is also suitable for office use and looks exceptionally good on the conference tables of IT or technology companies, for example. Interesting material with a matt shimmering surface, printing in rich colors and an unagitated but stylish design: this is the perfect way to show off your brand.
For our stainless steel bottles (thermos flasks), we use organic inks for printing, which are applied using a low-temperature process. The result is an attractive contrast between the true-color, brilliant print and the rather matt surface of stainless steel. You can further intensify this effect with white underprinting. The stainless steel bottles can be printed all around the outside and on the underside. As a special eye-catcher, the surface of the lid (approx. 5 cm in diameter) can also be printed.
Printing and engraving areas
Thanks to our hand decoration, we can print the entire surface of almost all items. For bulbous shapes, there are a few limitations with all-round printing, but you can simply ask us about the details here and we will always adapt your design templates.
Special prints such as on the inside base or similar are therefore no problem.
